WILL I DIE?

SCHLITZ - BEER OF THE POLISH is back with it’s 1960s recipe. From a historical perspective, this might be really neat to drink. However I’m not going to spring for a case of it before I establish that it’s interesting in owning 24 pieces of history I have to struggle through.

Mad Elf 2

ATTN: MAD FERMENTATIONIALISTOWTFBBQ,
WE HAVE PROCURED THE CORRECT MALTS AND HOPS.
Well sort of, we used German Munich, and instead of Pils we used Munton’s extra-light. The other guy is using Munton’s Light.
The yeast I’m using is the Belgian Strong (Wyeast 1388), Travis is using a triple (white labs 500).

The basis for this beer was a Mountmellick Irish Stout kit. It’s a no-boil kit which comes pre-hopped. I know the readership is going to groan at the idea of using a pre-hopped no boil kit, so in advance: Fuck you.
